עשייה זו הובילה לסינופה של אסותא לבית הספר לרפואה של אוניברסיטת בן-גוריון, לפרסומים מדעיים בכתבי עת מובילים, הצגות בכנסים ולשיתופי פעולה מחקריים עם מוסדות אקדמיים ומרכזים רפואיים מובילים בארץ ובעולם.

צוות מערך המחקר יחד עם נבחרת החוקרים אחראי על מאות מחקרים בשנה ומלווה עשרות יזמים, חוקרים וסטודנטים בכל שלבי המחקר, משלב התכנון ועד לכתיבת דוח סופי ופרסום מדעי. במערך פועלת רשות מחקר המסייעת בהגשות וניהול מענקי מחקר ויחידה לניסויים קליניים, הכוללת צוות של מתאמות מחקר מקצועיות המלוות יזמים וחברות מתחום הפארמה, המיכשור הרפואי, הדיאגנוסטיקה ועוד.

Dr. Ifat Abadi-Korek, PhD, MBA, serves as the Academic and Research Chief Director at Assuta Medical Centers. With over two decades of extensive experience in the healthcare system, she has excelled in health technology assessment, economic evaluation of health innovations, and clinical research. Dr. Abadi-Korek has cultivated partnerships with leading academic institutions, start-ups, pharma, and med-tech companies and is renowned for her expertise in developing strategic approaches under regulatory frameworks to efficiently achieve organizational and research goals. 

Drawing on her multidisciplinary educational background in molecular biology, epidemiology, public health, and business administration, she bridges diverse fields to drive innovation and excellence in healthcare research and practice.

Tali Gavra, M.Sc., serves as the Director of the Research Authority at Assuta Medical Centers. Over the past decade, she has been instrumental in advancing research initiatives, managing external and internal grants funding, and fostering collaborations with academic and industrial partners. Tali specializes in guiding investigators through grant applications, clinical trial design, and regulatory compliance, ensuring efficient and innovative research processes.

Her wide-ranging experience in the healthcare system includes roles in regulatory oversight and strategic development of research infrastructures. Tali brings a multidisciplinary approach to enhancing research excellence at Assuta.

Dr. Lital Lahav Ariel, PhD, leads the Clinical Trials Unit at Assuta Medical Centers. With almost 10 years of expertise in clinical studies involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices, she excels in managing all aspects of clinical trials, from feasibility assessments to study execution and closeout. Dr. Lahav Ariel has successfully established collaborations with startups and medical device companies, driving innovation in clinical research.

Her extensive academic background in medical sciences, coupled with hands-on experience in study coordination and regulatory compliance, underscores her ability to navigate complex clinical and ethical landscapes. Her comprehensive experience and proactive leadership, enables her to drive impactful clinical research initiatives, fostering collaboration and advancing Assuta's research capabilities.
